Enjoyed lunch with friends. While the standard menu was not appealing, the Specials were good. The cheese portion after was surprisingly large.

Impressed by the lovely, quiet village and the great pub with friendly staff. The steak cooked to perfection was a standout.

Our small reception after my daughter's christening was a fantastic experience thanks to exceptional planning, communication, staff, food, and drinks. Special thanks to David and the team!

A great pub with a lovely garden that welcomes dogs. Would definitely drop in for coffee if in the area.

Disappointed by the almost £10 starter that took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive, with poor presentation in a dirty bowl. It seemed like something was off at this normally outstanding pub that night.

A great bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff. The Sunday roasts were very good, served hot with healthy portions.

Both the kids menu and adult menu were impressive. Quin, age 9, particularly enjoyed the Mac and cheese.

Previous experience dining at the Dolphin with a party of 8 was amazing. This time, as a party of 2 adults and a dog, the food was incredible and the staff were attentive. Will definitely return.

As returning diners, we found the food and service to be just as good as before. Both staff and other customers were friendly, including the four-legged ones.

For just drinks, arrive early as reserved tables may limit indoor options. Dining is likely a better experience.

Lovely pub with friendly and helpful staff. While the meat platter was fantastic, the cheese platter was disappointing due to the chilly cheese that needed time to warm up to be enjoyed properly.

Visited for lunch without a reservation during a busy time but luckily got a table. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including a charming conservatory. The team working there were helpful and attentive, despite the busyness, showing kindness and courtesy.

Beautiful setting with great service, indoor and outdoor seating, and a wide selection of local beers and good wines. Family-friendly with garden areas for children to enjoy.

Enjoyed lunch in the garden with delicious food, particularly recommending the seafood platter and apple coriander cheesecake. The elderflower and cucumber spritz was delightful. Excellent service from a young team of waitresses, even with several large parties present.
